Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Deskario platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Deskario provides a cloud-based IT helpdesk and ticket management platform. Features include email-to-ticket conversion, multi-company management, real-time notifications, and reporting tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused until a subscription plan is activated. Your data is never deleted at the end of a trial.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your chosen billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Deskario to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Deskario platform are the exclusive property of Deskario. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
